Aged 18, Zoë moved from Leigh-on-Sea to London; here she studied at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu school, earning her place through their scholarship program. Following her graduation, Zoë worked her way through some of London’s best kitchens including classical Koffmann's at The Berkeley and Michelin-starred La Trompette, absorbing the expertise of many passionate mentors along the way. Zoë moved to Australia in 2016, where she discovered new Asian-influenced techniques and the use of Australian indigenous ingredients at Woodland House in Melbourne. Returning to London in 2019, she worked at the acclaimed restaurant Brat in Shoreditch, before returning to Leigh-on-Sea to cook meals for isolated and vulnerable members of the community when the COVID-19 pandemic began. Zoë now focuses on creating fine dining meals for people in and around the South East of England celebrating special occasions such as Anniversaries, Birthdays and Engagements for those who would rather enjoy a restaurant quality meal in the comfort of their own homes.
