About the Chef

Innovative and exciting Chefs. They do everything from Nanna's Birthday to Gala events for a thousand. Yann is a third generation French chef. Studied Culinary Arts at the prestigious Saint Andree for five years. He apprenticed under Anthony Pean (Robuchons Sous for many years) at the Michelin starred ”La Pomme Canelle”...... Innovative and exciting Chefs. They do everything from Nanna's Birthday to Gala events for a thousand. Yann is a third generation French chef. Studied Culinary Arts at the prestigious Saint Andree for five years. He apprenticed under Anthony Pean (Robuchons Sous for many years) at the Michelin starred ”La Pomme Canelle” in Luxembourg. Moved to London became head pastry chef at Corrigans at 23. Worked with various consultancy teams (Compass, Aramark) securing corporate events around London, including Twickenham and Wimbledon. Met Graham at a market. He is also a real Rock'nRoll drummer with European tours and stints in several cutting edge bands under his belt. Graham is a Street Food expert who started cooking to save some money for a trip to Borneo 20 years ago. Whether BBQing coconut chicken in a wheelbarrow under a jungle canopy to tweezering petals onto truffle shavings in a stainless steel box, he has cheffed professionally in St. Tropez, Edinburgh, Berlin, Perth (W.A.), Krabi (Thailand), London and in his home town of Dublin. Met Yann at a Market. He also has a Masters in Screenwriting, and with Yann is developing a cookbook/podcast about the history and mobility of ingredients around the world. Read all Hide
