On leaving he moved quickly to the Michelin starred ”La Pomme Canelle” in Luxembourg, where he apprenticed under Anthony Pean (who had been Robuchon’s sous chef for many years). After serving his time there he moved to London where he worked his way through the ranks to become head pastry chef at Corrigans when he was 23. Since then he has worked with various consultancy teams (Compass, Aramark) securing corporate events around London, including Twickenham and Wimbledon. He is also a relentless drummer and has toured Europe with a number of post rock noise bands. Graham is a talented enthusiast who started cooking as a sideline while working in an exhorbitant resort on the wild west coast of northern Australia 17 years ago and hasn’t stopped since. He has cheffed professionally in St. Tropez, Edinburgh, Berlin, Perth (W.A.), Southern Thailand and in his home town of Dublin at all levels, from BBQing coconut chicken in a wheelbarrow to tweezering petals onto truffle shavings. After 8 years cooking and returned to University where he got a Masters in Screenwriting, and spent a few years designing and building gardens while perfecting his recipes. Chefs Yann and Graham did a brilliant job cooking for my husband's birthday dinner party. Every dish, especially the canapés, were fantastic and they were efficient and attentive throughout an incredibly tasty dinner.

Chef Yann Florio, assisted by his accomplished chef lady friend (in place of Graham Brittain), pulled out all stops to make our evening very special. We went for his variation on the menu, and were treated to fine dining with friendly and great service. It was a fabulous experience overall.
Yann and Graham pulled off a miracle for our Seder evening. In the tiniest of kitchen/dining rooms in the middle of Soho, these two big, tall, young men managed to melt into the background, becoming almost invisible and produced a truly magnificent meal. I will definitely use them again
Its the first time I've done something like this and I really enjoyed it from start to finish.
Only Yann was present for our occasion, a bespoke traditional Luxembourgese meal, but the food was excellent and it was a well thought out menu.
The whole experience could not have been smoother. Yann arrived early, soon scope out the kitchen, finding everything he needed, and the meal was served bang on time.
We hired Yann and Graham for a surprise birthday dinner party. They made everything look so easy and effortless: they arrived spot on time and in no time had made the kitchen theirs without even asking where things were. Yann and Graham prepared the most delicious, balanced and tasty meal (seafood starter and meaty main) and presented it nicely.
It all happened in the most relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It was like having an old friend cooking for you at home, with the added value of Yann and Graham’ s splendid chef skills and expertise.
Dinner party was a total success and we really had the time and peace of mind to enjoy hosting and offering our guests a special experience

The chefs were superb, the food was good, they were very clean and tidy. The menu was bespoke and they were very adaptable as we had a wide range of preferences and food intolerances. They arrived in plenty of time and we would welcome them to our home in the future.

The food and professionalism that Yann delivered was OUTSTANDING. We were in awe of his culinary skills and left salivating for more after even 5 courses. The food rivaled some of our best michelin star experiences. The madeleine cookies he baked at the end were perfection. It was almost like a woman leaving behind her scent. We were fighting for the last one! What an incredible experience. He was personable, courteous, and of the highest training and skills. It was a birthday event to remember!!

There was a very small kitchen, but the chefs managed the hotplates without problem. They served the food, cleaned up after them, and left without problem.

My mothers 101st birthday party, a small family affair, was a great success; due in part to the efforts of your two chefs.
Yann & Graham were phenomenal! We were planning a backyard party in a rental house for our parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary from the States, and Yann & Graham were fantastic from beginning to end. Our Mum required a low sodium meal, and Yann & Graham were able to help us create a special meal just for her. The day before the party, we found out one of the guests was a vegetarian, and they were again able to accommodate us. They showed up on time, put together & served a wonderful meal, and cleaned up the kitchen afterwards! And the food. We (and our guests) can be very "particular" about our food - some of us are complete foodie snobs, while others prefer more basic fare (think burgers, bbq, fries). And yet, at the end of the meal, everyone was raving about the food. I would highly recommend them. Honestly, wish I could take them home with me to the States for all my parties.
Excellent sélection of dishes and lots of variety in the courses. Everything was very flavourful and original. The meat and fish were impeccably cooked. Our guests were delighted and it was a very relaxed evening for us as hosts.

I chose Yann and Graham to cater for my girlfriend's birthday party, not really knowing much about them other than what I'd read on these reviews. I went for them as they had a beautiful looking French menu and this type of food is one of my partner's favourites.
They cooked for seven people (fleurs a manger menu), and it was worth every penny! Not only did they cook some of the best food we have ever had, they also made it work in our tiny kitchen complete with dodgy oven! And yes, everything was left spotless at the end!
In the run up to the event, they were in constant contact with me organising times, options, extras, all of which made me feel at ease that this was going to go off without a hitch.
Again, the food itself was divine; we knew after the first course that we were in for a truly special meal and everything just got better and better as the night wore on.
I'd forgotten to get candles and Graham even went out to buy some to ensure we got the birthday cake looking even more perfect than it already was.
Lastly, both chefs told us about each course as it was being served, but were also happy to chat to us informally at the end.
Both chefs served us food to die for - I will be in my girlfriend's good books for a very, very long time! The whole experience was even better than I had imagined it, and I cannot recommend these two chefs highly enough! Thank you both so much!
Yann and Graham were fantastic. They very calmly produced five fantastic courses, explained them well, arelovely guys, and left the kitchen cleaner than when they arrived. We're now racking our brains for an excuse to have another dinner party to justify having them in again!
Yann and Graham were great and so was the Bangkok to Paris menu. We kicked off with a Gin Fizz and Hibiscus cocktail and a beautiful hay smoked prawn, orange and pistachio appetiser. I can honestly say nothing that complex has ever come out of my kitchen. A marinated monkfish carpaccio with hot and sour consommé starter was followed by sticky confit and glazed pork belly with slaw. Whilst dessert was a black sesame panna cotta and hot madeleines to finish!
They arrived on time and had with them absolutely everything they needed.
Yann and Graham to put it simply, are awesome. Their flavour combinations are impeccable, the presentation of the dishes is beautiful and every mouthful was thoroughly enjoyed. They're not just experts in the kitchen but also charming yet professional. They created the perfect atmosphere for a surprise birthday dinner and I could not recommend them enough! Thanks again :D
The team at la Belle Assiette were highly professional dealing with my complicated booking - thank you! Graham and Yann were really great. I must say I had very high expectations but they absolutely exceeded them. The menu was really well thought out, the food was delicious, the atmosphere gave a real sense of occasion, and they were so kind and polite that it was a real pleasure to have them with us for the event. And the kitchen was spotless afterwards!! I am already trying to find an excuse to book another meal ASAP, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The chef was very good at presenting his work. He was delayed in arriving but it didn't affect things.
The service was excellent; the Graham and Yann were attentive but not overly so and were nice people to have around, chatting with the guests about the food when serving up. I didn't know what to expect as I hadn't done this before and wondered if it would feel strange having non-party people around, but it was fine: Graham chatted to guests and was charming company when it was needed but remained behind the scenes for most of the event. Yann was quieter but it was good to hear him speak about how he had put the menu ideas together.
The chefs arrived in time to get the food out as planned and called us to let us know when they were arriving so that was fine.
Two of the nicest kindest, friendliest chefs you will ever meet. As soon as they walked in the door they made us feel so comfortable. They explained everything that would be happening. They disappeared into the kitchen and magically re-appeared with a table of brunch – what a delight! The most beautiful meal we have ever had! The quality of the food was incredible – they had gone to our local farmers market to get the ingredients. Graham and Yann explained all the wonderful dishes, and even left our kitchen cleaner than when they arrived! We are already planning to book them again very soon! Thank you so much! Yann and Graham, arrived on time and started immediately. They talked me through the menu, and discussed some of the food as they prepared. Both chefs were welcoming and friendly, they introduced themselves to my guests as they presented the Appetizer, each meal was presented beautifully and tasted exquisite,.
They were very accommodating with the menu, having two pregnant guests. The 4 course dinner left all guests full and content, ending with a divine chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream. We were a bit wary of the experience as we have a small flat but it turned out really well. Yann just got straight to work, found his way around the cupboards and made a brilliant meal. The cauliflower salad was the highlight, grapes, fresh herbs, capers, and a few pickled grapes to cut through the other flavours.
Sous chef Graham was attentive and helpful, and they are both passionate about food.
All the dishes were presented beautifully and had tasted great.
This was an excellent validation dinner. The food was innovative and delicious as well as being beautifully presented. The chefs were efficient and engaging and of course did the clearing up. A great experience!
Yan and his sous chef came along and cooked a fabulous meal for us. We were treated to a special cocktail and a stunning amuse bouche! Portion sizes were generous and we all enjoyed the demo of how to make a souffle Everything was left clean and tidy and I even had some ice-cream left in the freezer!!!
Some stunning touches, the amuse bouche was just lovely. The chef explained how he had cooked everything, and even gave us a demonstration of how to make the perfect souffle (and it was indeed perfect). Everything looked very pretty on the plate and delivered some bold flavours.
We have strong influences from Thai street food to high French cuisine.
We love cooking.
