She has enjoyed working as a Personal and Private Chef for clients in London, Sydney, Prague, Iceland, France and Ireland, and has an extensive understanding of nutrition and many different dietary needs. Veronica has an international style of cooking, based on a classical European cuisine heritage, but with a modern and innovative twist. From traditional English dishes to a healthy Mediterranean approach, she can produce a stunning and mouth watering two course meal that will linger on the taste buds! Her experience as a Personal Chef required her to focus on food quality and waste control among other areas.
