Terry Stewart has a vast amount of experience in the catering industry. He first developed his passion when he was about eight years old, and was curious about how his mother created such delicious meals in the kitchen. Over the years he continued to hone his skills in the kitchen and went on to work in some of the mos...... Terry Stewart has a vast amount of experience in the catering industry. He first developed his passion when he was about eight years old, and was curious about how his mother created such delicious meals in the kitchen. Over the years he continued to hone his skills in the kitchen and went on to work in some of the most prestigious restaurants in London, working alongside Michelin starred chefs. He has worked as a Senior Chef at “The Collection” on South Brompton Street, “60 St James” at Green Park, and “Café Nico” at Hyde Park. He was also Head Chef at “Pasha” for several years where he was able to hone his skills in Moroccan and North African cuisine. Terry Stewart now has more than 23 years of experience in the catering industry. Apart from North African cuisine Terry also loves to cook classical food with a modern twist and pan Asian style dishes. His favourite ingredients are garlic, chilli, thyme, rosemary and tarragon.
