From his fathers small Morrocan restaurant in the south of spain to michelin starred The Mirrabelle for Marco Pierre White and Executive Head Chef for the Gore Hotel in Queensgate, he has covered alot of ground. Taher has a wealth of knowledge in most cuisines, and will attempt any! With a love for food he has created a unique style of cooking and presentation that are sure to impress. His upbringing on the mediterranean coast has taught him to keep things all about the flavour whilst his traditional training has inspired him when it comes to presentation. Bespoke menus or dishes are more than welcome, Taher enjoys a challenge and will undoubtedly not dissapoint. Having created, managed and subsequently sold his restaurant in his hometown, Taher is now providing a bespoke private chef service with a pinch of difference, a dash of flair and a whole load of passion to make your event a memorable and succsesful one!
