Tadashi is a French trained chef. He came to London in 2005 as a chef, prior to his arrival in the UK, he had been working at hotels and restaurants in San Francisco, Los Angeles, NYC in the US and Osaka, Japan including a few Michelin star and Relais&Cháteaux establishments such as Jardinière, L'Orangerie, Wallsé and Lu......
