Sujin is a Korean-Australian chef now based in London. After completing a 9 months Diplome de Cuisine at the prestigious culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu, London Sujin has worked with Phil Howard at the one Michelin-starred and 3AA Rosettes awarded restaurant, Elystan Street in Chelsea, before launching her own private chef business. French classical training at Le Cordon Bleu combined with her experience at Elystan Street has led to her passion and respect for cooking with seasonal and fresh ingredients, developing and experimenting with different types of cuisine to serve dishes which are pure and full of flavour. Before Sujin relocated to London and embarked on a career change by following her true passion of becoming a professional chef, she had a successful career in publishing across premium food and fashion brands such as delicious, donna hay, Vogue and GQ in Australia.
