About the Chef

Simone was born in Italy, in a rural area near the capital, Rome. His passion about food began pretty early, watching his relatives and neighbourhood cooking delicious traditional meals for the family. He quickly discovered his natural feeling about food, reinventing most of the traditional family recipes with his creati…... Simone was born in Italy, in a rural area near the capital, Rome. His passion about food began pretty early, watching his relatives and neighbourhood cooking delicious traditional meals for the family. He quickly discovered his natural feeling about food, reinventing most of the traditional family recipes with his creative touch. Mr Simone started to travel intensively around the world, to discover what the other culture could teach him about flavour. Chef Simone has followed since then a hard and inspiring career along the best fine dining Chefs. His career started in Rome and continued to Melbourne to finally arrive in London, where is now offering intimate and private experiences. A great opportunity to share his knowledge at home. His cuisine his gentle but precise and efficient at the same time. Due to his big understanding of Japanese culture, Simone believes very much in the execution of a recipe. "Style is the most important element of success for me", in fact one word describes very much his food: Neatness. He very much like to put together people from very different cultural background and let them enjoy the same food. "Japanese cuisine changed me a lot as a person and as a Chef", Simone explain how his Italian cuisine evolved with time.
