About the Chef

From an early age Simone watched his mother producing delicious homemade Italian food in Tuscany where he was born. It grew into a passion for cooking leading him to study at one of Rome's famous Chef Academies. He then travelled to the USA working at the award winning Nui Kitchen in downtown Miami. It grew into a passion for cooking leading him to study at one of Rome's famous Chef Academies. He then travelled to the USA working at the award winning Nui Kitchen in downtown Miami. Returning to Tuscany, Simone worked at the Michelin Il Porto restaurant for a year. With the desire to add to his portfolio, he decided to settle in England and is now working at the Rosette star restaurant 'The Salt Room' in Brighton. Read all Hide
