We hired a cottage in Derbyshire and had Samantha to cook for us, from day one she was so helpful and professional in helping us with menu choices, she was full of ideas and communication skills were second to none. We had a mixture of dietary needs and these were all met fully. Samantha was punctual and operated with the minimum of fuss, was immaculate during prep and cooking, she has a lovely pleasant and calm manner. The food that she cooked up for ten adults was nothing short of outstanding, the presentation was amazing and the taste was unbelievable, we had three outstanding courses and to a man we couldn't of wished for better. I have no hesitation in recommending Samantha for your event and the same applies to La Belle Assiette UK in organising it.

We used La Belle Assiette after they were recommended by Unique Home Stays to provide a private chef at one of their large rental properties in the Lakes. We were working blind really in terms of what to expect as be hadn't used La Belle Assiette before but it was soon made clear that their organisational skills and attention to detail was just great. We originally booked MIranda Martin to cook for our guests but unfortunately she was taken ill at the last minute and they arranged a seamless solution and replacement, keeping us up to date at every point. Sam was fabulous, her food was wonderful and she fitted into the family group really well at all times being highly professional - we can't recommend La Belle Assiette and Sam enough - brilliant thank you!
