I started as a chef in Rome in 2013 After a professional cooking school (Italian Chef Academy) I moved my first steps in the prestigious kitchen of Romeo Chef&Baker with Micheline starred chef Cristina Bowerman. I learned the basis and not only of professional cooking in all sections. Mrs Bowerman offered and offers an international and very interesting cuisine in Rome. I moved to London on 2016th and currently I'm working for different hospitality agencies. In Italy I was also a personal chef so I want to go on with this great experience. I love to cook in people's kitchens, to have a direct contact with customers, so I really like to be a personal chef. I'm hailing from Sicily so I love to mix the traditional sicilian recipes with international cuisine. I like to use all the ingredients, but my favourite one is fish. Read all Hide
