Rosie is a food writer working on a cookbook project as she's had so much fun with cooking and coming up with recipes in the last few years. Her food blog is four years old now and is a mixture of her recipes, reviews of places she's eaten and information about great UK produce and producers. She really believes in using what's around us and eating seasonally. There is such a variety of fantastic food grown here in the UK and if we eat what's in season we can get the best quality at the best prices. She started doing pop up restaurants in 2013 at her house in West London, which now take place at her local social club, near Acton Town tube, as well as at other people's houses for events, parties and dinner gatherings, most recently cooking a 3 course meal for 60 people. The menus focus on seasonal, top quality produce - she gets all of her meat and dairy direct from the farms that make them. Rosie also does catering for private events, so if you've got a dinner party you want cooking, hen dos, special birthdays or a buffet feast for thirty people do get in touch. Read all Hide
