He became Head Chef at the age of 25, gaining 2 Rosettes and running 3 kitchens for one of the top-rated wedding hotels in Surrey. He has worked in Michelin star restaurants with up to 25 chefs in his kitchen. A self-confessed perfectionist, Romuald puts the client at the heart of everything he does and takes the utmost pride in his work.
