Robert's love passion and respect for food began at a very early age. Raised by his grandparents Robert spent his early years hanging off his grandmother's apron strings. He learned the importance of sourcing the freshest seasonal ingredients. Foraging for fruit and berries from the number of fruit trees in the family gard…... He learned the importance of sourcing the freshest seasonal ingredients. Foraging for fruit and berries from the number of fruit trees in the family garden to make jams and chutneys. Raised on fresh vegetables, fish and shellfish from his grandfather's fishing boat. Robert is accomplished chef with over Twenty years experience in rosetted and Michelin Stared hotels and restaurants throughout the UK and Guernsey. Just to name a few he has worked at Marcus Wareing's Restaurant The Gilbert Scott under Oliver Green and Daphne's Italian Restaurant in Chelsea under Head chef Mike Brown. Because of this Robert is extremely Skilled at putting his own stamp on traditional dishes, creating new combination and experimenting with new flavours and textures while being careful not to Compromise the freshness and originality of the food he prepares and cooks.
