Holly is conscientious, honest, reliable and trustworthy. As a chef, she is unafraid of hard work and thrives under pressure. She is capable of dealing with various dietary requirements, last minute changes to menus and alterations in numbers. Holly is creative with food and loves to try new things - constantly striving to produce nutritious, balanced, and healthy… yet yummy… food. She has 10 years experience working as a chef and wishes to continue in this field - growing and learning new skills as she goes. She has also recently qualified as a Nutritional Therapist to further broaden her knowledge and expertise. She specialises in macrobiotic, RAW food, gluten free, dairy free, and sugar free. Chef Holly works predominantly in Surrey and South-West London; however, she is available in a variety of places South West of London.

Gee has worked in ski resort hotels, cruise ships, and private yachts. He started in Italy, then moved to Austria, before heading to South America. Working in many different countries has exposed him to an array of cultures and cuisines, broadening his culinary experience.
Certainly the chef LBA selected for us is a top rate chef, Gabor Halmai. He arrived on time, is a very likeable and friendly person with a good sense of humour. Although our first meeting, we felt we had known him for ages. We all felt very comfortable in his presence. He is efficient, unobtrusive and gave us both and our four guests an unforgettable evening. Gee is an excellent and skilled chef.
Romuald's passion for food has been evident from a very young age. He started his career by training at a prestigious French culinary school at the tender age of 15. Romuald specialises in French fine dining and has a breadth of experience in Italian, gastro, and Modern British cuisine. He became Head Chef at the age of 25, gaining 2 Rosettes and running 3 kitchens for one of the top-rated wedding hotels in Surrey. He has worked in Michelin star restaurants with up to 25 chefs in his kitchen. A self-confessed perfectionist, Romuald puts the client at the heart of everything he does and takes the utmost pride in his work. All dishes served contained the finest seasonal and, where possible, local and organic ingredients.
We had a great night with Romuald. His food was delicious and he put a lot into the evening to make sure we understood the food.
Shaun has spent his career working with food and drink, having held senior positions cooking for several private member's yacht clubs, as well as cooking for members of the British royal family. He also cooked at numerous rosette awarded hotels & restaurants before finding real pleasure in cooking for private clients. Shaun was classically trained and has a huge fondness for French cuisine, having travelled to many regions of France to indulge his passion for food, cooking & culture. Over the years, his cookery and style have evolved drawing influences mainly from Spanish, Italian, English, North African and Asian cuisine; with an unwavering approach to using fresh produce. Shaun would describe his cookery style as traditional with a vibrant Mediterranean influence that dazzles the eyes and excites the palate.
Shaun provided us with a tasty gourmet picnic, beautifully cooked and presented. It arrived very punctually and was packed securely. Thanks Shaun for making our day really special.

Yes. La Belle Assiette offers the ability to customise menus based on your preferences and dietary requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is made online, via our secure payment system. Full refunds are allowed up to 1 week before the event date. Modifications and partial refunds can be done up to 48 hours prior to the event.
