Michael has been a chef for over 15 years in which time he has worked his way through the rankings to become head chef at various locations. Over the last few years he has developed a passion for private dining and outside catering. He has also owned his own restaurant which was ranked highly in the area. He is able to do food for any occasion from corporate events to weddings and special tasting menus for 2 to dinner parties for 30. He loves creating new dishes and making bespoke food for customers. He enjoys using fresh ingredients and chooses local where possible. He likes to add a personal touch, turning something classic into his own.

Tim started cooking at the age of seven watching his mother working her way through Le Cordon Bleu cook books. Tim watched his mother cook for high profile and famous bands at a recording studio in Cookham way back in the 1980's. Tim cooked his first dish, a chocolate cake at the age of 8. After he went through University where he won the highly praised Worshipful Company of Cooks competition and gained his first job at the Ritz Hotel in London, then forward onto The Langham Hilton in London. There was no stopping him after that. He went on to work at the Chester Grovesenor, this being his firm favourite. Tim is also a highly skilled baker and pastry chef, his desserts are not to be missed and he will make sure your private chef experience is second to none and talked about long after your meal is over. He will take care of your every need making sure that each dish is cooked to perfection and also explain every dish in detail, and sometimes has a few surprises up his chefs sleeve! Whilst he is cooking he will also be open to any questions you have to ask him and interact with you and your guests if required but will on the other hand respect your privacy and leave you to simply enjoy the experience. He is open to menu changes if needed and if you have any personal favourites he will adapt to a modern approach for you. He wants you to enjoy the experience and will not disappoint.

Great communication beforehand with Tim, to make sure the menu was perfect - making tweaks and offering alternative options to suit the party. Cannot fault the service on the night, the food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious.
Chef Fabio Cameroni was born in Lecco, Northern Italy. From an early age he worked in high-class restaurants, gaining valuable knowledge and experience in Italian cuisine. Over the years, he has got to know the kitchen from all sides, from cooking to management and from home and simple to sophisticated kitchen. In 20 years of working in restaurants and private catering, he has had also the opportunity to work in a high-ranking Michelin Star Restaurant. In his experience he's learnt from one of the best chefs in Italy, Switzerland and England. Privately, he loves to travel where he always tries new dishes in a small family restaurants and thanks to that his kitchen is full of new ideas.
Fabio did an excellent job, he was professional, yet friendly. His food was delicious and well presented. He helped to make our friends 25th wedding anniversary celebration a great evening and one to remember.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is made online, via our secure payment system. Full refunds are allowed up to 1 week before the event date. Modifications and partial refunds can be done up to 48 hours prior to the event.
