We had a private dinner for 8 on Friday with a seemingly simple menu: but the way it was prepared, served and explained made this an amazing and memorable meal. Next day Shaun catered for 24 adults and 16 children under 7, preparing and serving lunch (Paella and Tapas), followed by a selection of boards (chesses, fish, charcuterie etc) for late afternoon.
