From working on the street food circuit to gaining experience in the likes of The Savoy and Ishbillia in Knightsbridge, Philip’s experiences and crucial excitement for Iraq’s culinary delights led to dedicating himself to becoming a private chef. As an English-Irish-Iraqi, Philip is determined to put Iraqi cuisine on the map in London. Iraq’s reputation has been synonymous with war, bloodshed and unrest for many years.
