About the Chef

Pascal has been the Executive Chef at the 5 Star Luxury Hotel The Park Tower Knightsbridge London, running the One O One restaurant for the past 23 years. During this period Pascal gained many accolades including 3 AA Rosettes for 17 years running and was nominated as one of the best 3 Chef in the country by Harper & Queen…... During this period Pascal gained many accolades including 3 AA Rosettes for 17 years running and was nominated as one of the best 3 Chef in the country by Harper & Queen. A highlight was to be voted top 5 restaurant for best food in GB by Sunday Times & Hardens 2012. Pascal built a reputation as one of the best Chefs in the country in his time at the One O One restaurant. During his time in London, Pascal did many popup events over the world including Japan, Middle East and Australian Masterchef. Pascal also had numerous TV appearances including ITV dinner date, Saturday Kitchen, Celebrity Master Chef and regularly featured on Good Food Live. Pascal was the ambassador for Norwegian Seafood and the first Chef to bring Red King Crab to the UK. In his earlier life Pascal trained as Chef at a renowned catering school in Noirmoutier, France. Pascal then worked in Paris for two years in one of the best 2 Star Michelin Restaurant; Jacques Le Divellec. He then went onto Brussels to do the opening of a 5 star hotel and gastronomic restaurant The Sea Grill with friend Chef Yves Mattagne, together gaining 2 Michelin Stars. After 23 years cooking in London, Pascal decided to pursue his ambitions of spending more time in the countryside bringing his cooking passion, knowledge and skills to the heart of people’s homes.
