I have spent the last 30 years working as a chef. I have worked in some of London's best hotels at senior level, including the Savoy,The Dorchester and the world renowned Lanseborough. I worked on the set up of the Queen Mary 2,and did her maiden voyage as a senior chef. I have opened three restaurants ,achieving awa...... I have spent the last 30 years working as a chef. I have worked in some of London's best hotels at senior level, including the Savoy,The Dorchester and the world renowned Lanseborough. I worked on the set up of the Queen Mary 2,and did her maiden voyage as a senior chef. I have opened three restaurants ,achieving awards in food in all them, including the Good Food Guide,and achieved press in all major publications including Ok magazine. I was Alex Polizzi"s head chef in her Devon hotel,where I achieved 3 AA rosettes for fine dining,which rated me in the top 10% of British cooking. I started to work freelance and run the fine dining restaurants at Ascot race course ; Including the most prestigious Parade Ring Restaurant. I have won gold medals for restaurant plated main courses at the open British cooking championships and won best overall exhibit.
