Michael has been in the catering industry for 24 years. At the age of 16 Michael started his career in the pastry section and this passion for deserts is still with him today. Michael was 20 when he had his first Head chef position and he was the youngest head chef in the Heritage hotel group. He then went on to achieve ...... Michael has been in the catering industry for 24 years. At the age of 16 Michael started his career in the pastry section and this passion for deserts is still with him today. Michael was 20 when he had his first Head chef position and he was the youngest head chef in the Heritage hotel group. He then went on to achieve Les Routiers Restaurant of the year south and south east. Michael has also achieved recommendation in the Michelin guide on two separate occasions. Michael has a classic french cookery background and enjoys bringing this to the modern style of cookery.
