About the Chef

Learning to cook from the age of 7 from the inspiration of her mother, Maria started off as a chef apprentice for 3 years, when she was 17, at that point she knew that she wanted to become a great chef and making people happy with food was a big accomplishment. Learning to cook from the age of 7 from the inspiration of her mother, Maria started off as a chef apprentice for 3 years, when she was 17, at that point she knew that she wanted to become a great chef and making people happy with food was a big accomplishment. Maria worked all around London and Kent, from Michelin star restaurants like Christopher’s Grill to hotels like the Shangri-la, to 2 rosette like Little Social to gastro pubs, you name it, she’s got experience in it. Maria enjoy’s cooking because she puts her creativity at work and demonstrates it in her food to also satisfy people's stomach. All about spice and flavours, these hands don't make bland food, cooking is also a therapeutic method, and so focused on delivering the best that everything is all about food food food. Maria has worked in different types of restaurants and hotels, she doesn’t have a specific type of cuisine as she enjoy’s cooking all different types of dishes, from Asian, Mediterranean, to African cuisine. It is all about trying new things and it always turns out great. Fresh ingredients is a focus for all her dishes as it just makes the dish taste even better.
