Marcello Piazza was born in 1973 in Milan, a vibrant city in the north of Italy. Once he completed his education program, he started to be captured by the kitchen and realised that he had a passion for cooking. Once he completed his education program, he started to be captured by the kitchen and realised that he had a passion for cooking. After leaving school, Marcello began the first experiences in different restaurants from one city to another, always under the guidance of a distinguished master chef. The first years were dedicated to travelling and learning different techniques, travelling from Paris to Edinburgh, from Amsterdam to Monte Carlo, at prestigious hotels like Kulm hotel in Saint Moritz and Cala di Volpe in Porto Cervo where the passion for the food and the presence of a multicultural environment contributed to define his character. Realising that he was ready to walk alone, his first experience in kitchen management began, starting a long journey in Middle East from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, Kuwait and Qatar. He began to select products and colours that represented an original style, without forgot his land, heritage and legacy. Slowly, the direction of bigger events started to be entrusted to him, such as fashion shows for Italian designers, dinner party and private consulting for international firms. Today we can say that Chef Marcello has his own identity in the kitchen and his unique style: every dish which he creates seeks to convey natural pleasure, taste texture and harmony. Read all Hide
