About the Chef

Chef Manveer started his career at a 4* hotel and trained under a Michelin star Head chef, where he learned a massive amount from a large banquets to precision of fine dining. Chef Manveer started his career at a 4* hotel and trained under a Michelin star Head chef, where he learned a massive amount from a large banquets to precision of fine dining. He then moved to a bistro to work as a second chef doing orderings, menu development and stock control. After that Manveeer went and worked in the Channel Islands for two years in a small hotel catering at a two Rosette level and spent a lot of hard hours learning the pastry section to get a better understanding of the sweeter side of the kitchen. He then returned to his original 4* hotel and ran the pastry section catering 400 cover weddings plus restaurant menus. This experience was followed by chef Manveer moving around the resort covering all sections and working to a high level in all outlets of the resort's kitchens. Read all Hide
