In 2004, she came to London and started working in the restaurant business, running a very successful Italian delicatessen. Following this, she set up her own catering company which provides a tailored service. She is a graduate from the world-renowned culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu. This classic training has allowed her to further enhance and perfect her skills in the kitchen, taking her cuisine to a different level. Luciana’s style of cooking is inspired by her passion for great food and also the many exotic flavours of Brazil. It was a really special evening. Luciana made the difference with her delicious food, professional and yet friendly manner and her little introductions to each course made it a memorable night.
The evening was fantastic. Luciana was very well presented and professional. I had the chance to talk to her while she while she was setting up. She explained how her native country of Brazil has influenced her food. I particularly enjoyed the main course of fish stew. The whole meal was very well balanced and the portion sizes were optimal. Very good.
As the host I liaised with Luciana before/during the evening. I found Luciana to be very helpful and attentive. The food was fantastic. I think the dessert of Lime Meringue Pie was particularly good and all of the guests enjoyed it. Thanks very much Luciana.

My star dish is Moqueca. It is a fish or seafood stew from my hometown in Salvador- Bahia- Brazil.
The 3 ingredients that I love to cook are coconut, chilli and garlic.
