Louis is half French and half English. He has grown up with his father who has transmitted and shared his love for French cuisine. Louis has moved back to England after living in France for 10 years and has gained different experiences all over Leeds. He has first started off as an apprentice in a small café that serve...... Louis is half French and half English. He has grown up with his father who has transmitted and shared his love for French cuisine. Louis has moved back to England after living in France for 10 years and has gained different experiences all over Leeds. He has first started off as an apprentice in a small café that served lunches on the docks for the hungry businessmen of Leeds. Louis then reached out to Le Chalet situated on Park Row in Leeds where he mastered bread and crepes on his daily routine. He then reached out to Heaney and Mill/Aspire - a fine dining restaurant in Headingley and catering venue, where he worked on fine delicacies as a pastry and commis chef. Now Louis is keen on taking a step forward and start to feed his own customers. He's fond of healthy food for the mind! He enjoys cooking any type of cuisine as long as he learns but he has good abilities with European, African and Asian dishes. He is starting his own catering company soon and he is using this website to reach out to anyone willing to give him a chance! If you know Louis, you know that he loves crêpes.
