A passionate cook since the age of 10, Libby has been inspired by her travels in France, Spain, Italy, Asia, North Africa and South America to produce delicious dishes that are beautifully presented and packed with flavour. Classically trained at Tante Marie Culinary academy Libby combines traditional French techcnique with exciting seasonal ingredients presented in a modern way. Libby has worked in events both front of house and in the kitchen over many years and is passionate about great food and hospitality. Libby founded the Sandhurst Supper Club in July 2017.
