Lee is a half Vietnamese & half Chinese chef. Growing up, he was always around beautiful food. Growing up, he was always around beautiful food. Lee has been a Chef for around 8 years now and has worked in a handful of beautiful restaurants around London. Lee is passionate about what he does and considers himself very lucky to have experienced this lifestyle. He recently dedicated himself to working as a private chef were he can focus on the food and ingredients he loves, that would be Asian food - Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Thai food. The main ingredients he loves cooking are Vietnamese and Thai as he feels they are healthier. Chau was born into a Vietnamese family in New York in 1987. He was brought up in a vastly multicultural area in East London. With both of his parents working late to provide for him, Lee had to cook his own meals from the young age of 8. Chau's humble beginnings of egg-fried rice and noodles have since flourished into a broad influence in the intricate world of South-East Asian cuisine. ​Chau's is the Chef's newest adventure.
