Chef Kian was excellent, friendly, and personable. He made the experience very enjoyable. The menu was well balanced, with nice variation. We enjoyed everything. La Belle Assiette met our exceptions!
We had Kian Lian for my Birthday over the weekend and it really was something special. It was our first time having a Chef in our home and the experience was fantastic, the food was amazing and Kian really made everything feel relaxed and had a lovely flow throughout the day. We had 4 of our friends with us enjoying the experience and they too were so impressed, we will definitely have Kian in our home again and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for something extra special - what an experience and what a chef !!!
Gianluca at La Belle Assiette was extremely attentive and helpful in finding our fabulous Chef Kian, they found a super party menus for us to choose from to suit our needs. The communication from Kian before the event was excellent. When he arrived with his sous chef they quietly and politely got on with the task in hand effortlessly. They served all the canapés and courses on time. The food itself was fabulously presented, hot and absolutely beautifully cooked. We could not have had a better experience, it completely surpassed our expectations. They were also great fun to have around and all our guests loved them!
We would not hesitate to recommend La Belle Assiette and especially Chef Kian wholeheartedly, you will not be disappointed!
We had an absolutely fantastic evening with Kian. He was extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional. The menu was phenomenal and the the quality of the food was superb.

My favourite ingredients are; butter as this adds flavour to any dish and is a great fat to cook with, onions are robust with so many different varieties for all aspects of cooking, variety of fresh herbs to give great depth flavour and use less salt in the cooking
