Chef Kamil Skalczynski gained experience in well-known Restaurants in Poland, such as Atelier Amaro. He was trained professionally in the Academy of Jean Bos and uses this experience in his unique dishes. Head Chef and co-founder of Japanese Restaurants, which was awarded an Excellence award as part of the top 100 Polish restaurants. Chef Kamil started to specialise in sushi. He was a finalist in one of the world’s most prestigious tournaments for Sushi Masters: the World Sushi Cup 2016 in Japan, as well as the Global Sushi Challenge in 2015. He is an adviser for the World Sushi Skills Institute, and has also won the Certificate of International Sushi Kuro-Obi.
