Julie started cooking back in 1987 where she learned her trade in Yorkshire, she progressed through the kitchen ranks working in high end restaurants and hotels, where she learned her specialty of pastry and fine desserts. Julie started cooking back in 1987 where she learned her trade in Yorkshire, she progressed through the kitchen ranks working in high end restaurants and hotels, where she learned her specialty of pastry and fine desserts. She first became a private chef back in 2004 working for a high profile family based in London, she ran the back of house operation and the housekeeping in general.Half the year was spent abroad mainly in Italy and Switzerland after six good years of employment she went to further her career as a freelance chef. She secured contracts at the fine dining restaurants in Bolton football club, Manchester united football club, the Grand Prix at silver stone, Chelsea flower show, the golf open, Henley regatta, and best of all the London Olympics. For the last years she has been running level 3 private boxes at Ascot race course, cooking for all types of VIPS, this was all year, and Royal Ascot being the highlight of the year. Read all Hide
