He is a member of The Welsh Culinary Association and was a Semi-Finalist in The National Chef of Wales Competition in both 2012 & 2014, and has had the honour of serving and catering for clients and personalities including Dame Judy Dench, Michael Williams, Nicholas Lyndhurst, The All Blacks a selection of National and International Sports teams, Olympic Gold Medalists, Maxi Priest, Kenny Thomas, Premiership & Championship Footballers. John provides Personal Chef and Bespoke Catering Services to personal and corporate clients across Cardiff, South Wales, M4 Corridor, London, Essex, The Midlands, South West of England and Europe. John can also provide VIP Chef Services, Yacht & Chalet Chef Services, specialist fitness and weight loss diet consultations, creation of meals for clients with specialist dietary requirements such as gluten free and diabetes.
