About the Chef

At the age of 6 he moved to a farm in Bergerac with bountiful Peach trees, Cherry trees and roaming vineyards. Growing up on the farm is where his love of food began. He treasured the insight it gave along with many family memories: "plaisirs de la bouche et du palais". Between 1983 & 1989, he attended Catering School...... At the age of 6 he moved to a farm in Bergerac with bountiful Peach trees, Cherry trees and roaming vineyards. Growing up on the farm is where his love of food began. He treasured the insight it gave along with many family memories: "plaisirs de la bouche et du palais". Between 1983 & 1989, he attended Catering School in Bergerac, Paris and Toulouse. In 1989 he worked as a Chef de partie at Intercontinental Paris, he spent 2 years as a Maitre at Hotel Concorde St Lazarre, always learning and developing into the chef that he is today. Other experiences include working with Paul Ricard at the Chateau des Vergnes and the Chateau des Maurens in Marseille. With his passion for food, he has been able to create an infusion of flavours to excite many palates, he is very professional and only the freshest produce is acceptable. Jerome travelled to England with his wife and 3 beautiful daughters to support his wife. Jerome is a serious chess player and also enjoys Crazy Single Speed European Champion Races and in 2012, he took part in the Floressa races. He loves Bordeaux wine especially the Bordeaux Graves, chess and enjoying and sharing life with others. He has an exceptional nose, with Cyrano de Bergerac as mentor. Read all Hide
