Javier gained his first diploma in culinary arts at the renowned Hoffmann School in Barcelona. With this under his belt, he moved to London where he has carried out the extent of his professional career. Over the recent years, he has become a freelancer chef and offers his expertise to different establishments, such as executive corporate boarding rooms at blue ship companies and small private events. He also runs cookery and patisserie workshops at the Divertimenti Cookery School in Knightsbridge, London and the award winning Cambridge Cookery School, (Best 2013 Cookery School). Staying loyal to his Mediterranean origins and traditions, Javier has also incorporated new trends, flavours and aromas to create an eclectic array of dishes. He is a self taught chef, having learned an ample knowledge of the provenance and authenticity of foreign cuisines through his travels which have inspired many of the dishes now available on his menus. .
