Jack can cater for all types of events from canapé parties, small dinner parties to large events. Jack is passionate about locally sourced fresh food, prepared and presented with excellence. With an on-going commitment to innovative ideas in taste, decoration and service whose experience working at high class and Michelin star establishments brings a unique twist and flair to what he produces. Jack developed passion for food at an early age. His career started at the early age of fifteen working at Hambleton Hall in Rutland under Head Chef Aaron Patterson (1 Michelin Star and 4 AA Rosettes). Moving on to Hertfordshire, Brocket Hall working alongside Executive Chef Phil Thompson (Great British Menu) he gained even further knowledge of fine cuisine which then earned him a place in The Ritz Hotel Kitchen in London working under Executive Chef John Williams (MBE). Jack's vision for food and service is to see continual progression and to offer each client the best produce cooked to the highest standard.
