Izzy started experimenting with plant based food back in 2017, falling in love with the versatility of fruits and vegetables. Being originally from Italy, she has always observed her grandparents cook delicious Italian food and has, since then, 'veganised' a variety of Italian classics, such as eggplant parmigiana and amaretti biscuits. Izzy cooks everything from scratch, from pasta to vegan cheese. Although Italian food is something she is always happy to prepare, she also loves to be creative and is inspired by flavours from all over the world. Gluten-free and other intolerances are catered for without compromising quality and flavour. Whether it is brunch or a gourmet-dinner you're after, Izzy's food won't disappoint. Cooking classes are also available for those who want to dabble into preparing vegan food.
