I began my chef career working at the *** Michelin star French restaurant, The Waterside Inn. Followed by a stint at the world number one at the time, Noma in Copenhagen. I then moved to London to pursue 'tourier' baking and patisserie. My first private chef role was working on a 55m Motor yacht where I did seasons in Au...... I began my chef career working at the *** Michelin star French restaurant, The Waterside Inn. Followed by a stint at the world number one at the time, Noma in Copenhagen. I then moved to London to pursue 'tourier' baking and patisserie. My first private chef role was working on a 55m Motor yacht where I did seasons in Australia, The South Pacific and The Caribbean. Also working between the South of France and the UK cooking for large and intimate dinner parties. My latest job took me to Zurich, Switzerland where I lived for over 2 years. Everyday I was able to flex my creativity, cooking with versatility. Experimenting with a variety of cuisines and using exciting flavours and top quality ingredients. I adore the career that I have chosen and enjoy catering for clients needs and wants. I have a passion for making celebration cakes and chocolate work. I would suggest my favourite cuisines are French and Asian with a touch of Great British cooking of course.
