Fabulous!
The food was ALL completely delicious, full of wonderful flavours and yet surprisingly light. Halima even made a surprise birthday cake for my son. She is a warm, friendly lady with whom we felt very comfortable and she was extremely patient and encouraging with our 6 year old grandson who was "helping" her prepare the canapés!! I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
Halima is a wonderful and brilliant chef. She was fascinating person too with some excellent experience.
Really nice meal, promptly served with minimal distractions.
Shish taouk, tabbouleh ,toum/ garlic sauce and flat breads with sumac and pickles
Three ingredients like to cook -garlic, onions and chilli they create so much flavour and intensity to a dish in many ways
