Over the last 19 years of his culinary life, Greg has been working with Chefs who inspire his cooking style at present : Micheal Bras, Micheal Trosigros, Gordon Ramsay, Michael Wignall, Marco Pierre White, John King. At the age of 24 he was already cooking on level of Executive Chef for Mercedes McLaren F1 team with high...... Over the last 19 years of his culinary life, Greg has been working with Chefs who inspire his cooking style at present : Micheal Bras, Micheal Trosigros, Gordon Ramsay, Michael Wignall, Marco Pierre White, John King. At the age of 24 he was already cooking on level of Executive Chef for Mercedes McLaren F1 team with high demand clients to please. His creative approach to ingredients have inspired over the years many young chefs, he has accomplish gold medals on the WACS Chef Olympics in Erfurt and Luxemburg with Polish National Young Chef Team. Since 2008 he's been working in the Private Chef industry where he can express himself in his cooking, plating and creating extraordinary experiences to his clients. He also works for the Oriental Mandarin Hotel Group based in London at Knightsbridge as Executive Sous Chef with his team he runs the European division of events. So as per his background of Michelin Star restaurants and high end establishments he brings all the experience in creating memorable food to satisfy the most demanding clients.
