Trained at both The Cordon Bleu and Leith’s schools Francoise (Freddie to her friends) has over fifteen years experience in the catering industry. As well as working as a Chef at various award-winning restaurants she has specialised in working as a Personal chef and Private Caterer. Clients have included Wentworth Ladies Tennis Team, The Ferrari Grand Prix Team, Eddie Irvine, Freddie Mercury Estate, Isle of Mull Shooting Lodge and a number of VIP families both in the UK and abroad.
