About the Chef

Chef Enzo Russo grew up in Pozzuoli, a fishing village situated in Napoli (south of Italy). Inspired from his father, he developed a love for food by creating culinary delights with the freshly caught fish from the bay. He began week-end jobs in local restaurants by the age of 15; his main interest was working with seafo...... Chef Enzo Russo grew up in Pozzuoli, a fishing village situated in Napoli (south of Italy). Inspired from his father, he developed a love for food by creating culinary delights with the freshly caught fish from the bay. He began week-end jobs in local restaurants by the age of 15; his main interest was working with seafood, fish and beef. As soon as he got his catering school diploma, chef Enzo went to work in the North of Italy (Piedmont), then South of France (Cote d'Azur) following his passion for French wine. Later, he travelled to Los Angeles for a year, where he worked for Il Fornaio and Il Pastaio, two greats Italian restaurants stateside. Before chef Enzo decided to settle in Bath, he spent 2 years working in London as a chef and as waiter experience by working both front and back of house. Read all Hide
