Drew has always wanted to cook, inspired by baking with his grandmother as a child. But he has also run neighbourhood bistros which gives him a very broad spectrum of cuisines and levels to draw from. Having done many large and small private events (to great reviews), he is confident in exceeding your expectations! To pigeonhole his food style would be to say Modern British with influences from the Middle East and Eastern Europe. He has a great passion for produce and sourcing the absolute best he can find.
