‘Any customer can have a car painted any colour that he wants as long as it is black’ - Henry Ford Probably for this reason she became a Mechanical Engineer and spent quite a bit of her career in Manufacturing Operation trying to show that she, as an engineer, can be very creative !! In parallel she always loved cookin...... ‘Any customer can have a car painted any colour that he wants as long as it is black’ - Henry Ford Probably for this reason she became a Mechanical Engineer and spent quite a bit of her career in Manufacturing Operation trying to show that she, as an engineer, can be very creative !! In parallel she always loved cooking starting with her mum at the very beginning and learning Italian Regional recipes but also exploring the new world as she grew up in Canada and Peru before returning to Italy. Engineers are famous for being precise and cooking is about technique to start with and a lot of creativity hence it fit well with her. As she was born in France from an Italian family, she likes to cook the Italian and French cuisine as well as Regional recipe from Tuscany (her family origin) but also from Emilia-Romagna (her husband's home Italian region). She loves making fresh pasta (tortellini and ravioli) and bread (ciabatta, biova, focaccia). She has recently relocated with her husband to the UK and she has completed a Cordon Bleu Diploma at Tante Marie . Today’s customers are far savvier than they were a decade ago, and they have higher expectations of quality and service and this is particularly true when it is about food. As in the fashion world, customers can design their own Nike trainers, Brooks Brother suits or Burberry trench coats, similarly she likes to think and she can adjust her menu to better fit with what clients are looking for.
