My customers know me as a "Chef Marmittone", as a Private Chef for all theyr needs with over 30 years of experience. My cuisine is Italian, Mediterranean, International and BBQ. The "Marmittone", Diego, is a self-taught chef who has always been passionate about traditional Italian regional cuisine, combining innovative and modern creations with also eleborate techniques to enhance the best seasonal and absolutely fresh Italian and mediterranean ingredients.
