About the Chef

Daniele`s love for cooking started when he was just a kid. Born in Vicenza, Italy he grew up with strong understanding of the importance of the hight quality ingredients his region could offer. At the age of 16 he started working as a Chef first in his home town and then at the age of 20 in Venice. In this years of forma...... Daniele`s love for cooking started when he was just a kid. Born in Vicenza, Italy he grew up with strong understanding of the importance of the hight quality ingredients his region could offer. At the age of 16 he started working as a Chef first in his home town and then at the age of 20 in Venice. In this years of formation he had the chance to learn in deep the Veneto regional cuisine. In 2007 he decided to come to London to improve his culinary knowledge of European and British cuisine and to be expose to the influence of a multicultural environment. In few years he climbed the kitchen ladder from Chef de partie to Head Chef and he had the opportunity to work in top quality restaurant initially under the influence of great Head and Executive Chefs and then leading his own team of Chefs. In 2015 he decided to create his own private chef and catering company together with his wife Justina. He loves cooking. His dishes are fresh, well balanced in flavours and of an elegant, not over elaborated, presentation. The ingredients are carefully sourced from trusted supplier.
