Kenilworth, Warwickshire was where Daniel originally started cooking nearly 15 years ago. ​ He has had the opportunity to work at various top class restaurants and pubs. Such as 1 Michelin Star Tom Aikens, Peach Pubs, 3 Rosette Bingham Hotel and country gastro pub The Bear & Ragged Staff, where he achieved his first Rose...... Kenilworth, Warwickshire was where Daniel originally started cooking nearly 15 years ago. ​ He has had the opportunity to work at various top class restaurants and pubs. Such as 1 Michelin Star Tom Aikens, Peach Pubs, 3 Rosette Bingham Hotel and country gastro pub The Bear & Ragged Staff, where he achieved his first Rosette. Since moving to Cornwall Daniel has run and maintained the 2 Rosette status of the Lugger, in Portloe, and spent time as the pastry chef for The Idle Rocks. ​ Cornwall has always been his Daniel's holiday destination and he has many fond memories of his time here, especially of the food. He always knew he would move here, settle down and enjoy the Cornish way of life. ​ Daniel's style of cooking has developed over time and is completely driven by seasonality and local produce. He is always looking to source ingredients from local suppliers - he's spoilt for choice. Food is Daniel's passion and he wants everyone to enjoy the stunning delights Cornwall has to offer.
