Having travelled the world and worked for many four and five star establishments, Daniel has decided to settle in North Yorkshire, with his wife and daughter. Daniel has worked over 20 years in the hotel and restaurant industry, working with an mix of European, African and Middle Eastern cooking styles. He has run his own catering company in South Africa as well as opening various high end restaurants across the globe. He is always willing to try new thoughts and concepts, wanting to push his limits as much as he can. Daniel has been classically trained in South Africa within French cuisine, having evolved in to Afro-Euro cuisine. His cooking ranges from classic cafe through to fine dining. Having been raised in South Africa, he is happiest using venison, fresh sea food, best beef and lamb.
