Here is where his cooking really started at a higher level, cooking for celebrities, dignitaries, UHNWI,Royalty on a regular basis while being under the watchful eye and tenor ship of Anton Mosimann , After spending a considerable amount of time here he was offered a position working for one Italy's most acclaimed Chefs in the south of Italy, here he learnt the art of cooking without cream or butter while maintaining a standard second to none, After this position he moved back to London where he was running an Italian restaurant where he was headhunted for a private chefs position that was too good to turn down, after having various private positions working for UHNWI to royalty he is now available to cook for you in the comfort of your own home.
