About the Chef

Claudia's culinary experience started over 35 years ago when her parents opened a family restaurant in the heart of Tuscany. Claudia was just a little girl when she started making tagliatelle and lasagne with her mum, and she has developed her mum's passion of transforming simple ingredients into amazing recipes. Claudia was just a little girl when she started making tagliatelle and lasagne with her mum, and she has developed her mum's passion of transforming simple ingredients into amazing recipes. Freshness and lightness are a must in Claudia's kitchen; she always looks for the best ingredients to deliver the very best dishes. Claudia's collaboration with Rossano Vinciarelli, the 2014 World Pastry Champion and coach of the Italian Pastry national team, helped her to develop her skills in the art of baking, pastry, and desserts. Working alongside an Italian Artisan Ice cream producer Luca Santoro also taught Claudia to create organic, artisan ice cream. Claudia loves cooking Italian food, but her passion for experimenting with new styles and cultures means that she excels in making international dishes. She has a food allergy and intolerance diploma, and is currently studying sports nutrition and herbalism. Read all Hide
