Christina started as a commis chef in Sunderland Marriott cooking fine dining British food , al a carte and doing wedding functions and looking after football players functions. Then she moved on to London working at The Berkeley doing fine dining starting off doing afternoon teas and canapés then learning larder service...... Christina started as a commis chef in Sunderland Marriott cooking fine dining British food , al a carte and doing wedding functions and looking after football players functions. Then she moved on to London working at The Berkeley doing fine dining starting off doing afternoon teas and canapés then learning larder service and doing large functions. then finding her feet in the catering business she got a job at Jesmond Dene House in Newcastle 3 rosette learning every section in the kitchen including pastry section for a year making fresh bread everyday and petit fours and al a carte desserts, then after 3 years there she moved to Cumbria and moved onto another 3 rosette then moving up to sous chef position and also spending a lot of time in the pastry section but also running the pass and running the kitchen. Christina loves bread making and classic British food , she loves classic cooking and has a bit of a sweet tooth so loves a chance to make a dessert that would work for you, Christina is pretty versatile when it come to cooking she loves cooking anything!
